Medical Use and Its Boundary on Human Substance

Abstract

|
|
Human substance" is various substances produced from human body. For these substances, it was used in extremely restricted field or even abandoned. However, in recent, there is much development in technology of life medicine, so the uses of human substance are surprisingly increased. It was not predicted before. Due to this phenomenon, it would be forecasted to bring about diverse legal question related with life ethics. Therefore recently, it was realized in legislations to resolve these manifold legal questions. Nevertheless, to confirm the contents of individual laws, there are lacks of logicality in mutual individual laws or conflicted with related other laws for control object and control field of individual laws, or it was dropped from control object. Although these problem is derived from various reasons, it would be vital cause not to study systematically in whole human substances. Thus, this thesis dealt with general characteristics in human substances, relations with individual laws, use principles and limits in human substances.
